How the Brand Ambassador Program works:

Share Your Referral Link

Find your unique brand ambassador link in your Syncorem Portal and share that with others you think would benefit from using the Syncorem system!

Earn 40% Commission

For every person who signs up using your referral link, you’ll earn a recurring 40% commission every month on their account for as long as they are active!

Whether you're recommending Syncorem to a friend, a colleague, or a client, it’s an easy way to earn extra income while helping others streamline their business operations.

Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Syncorem Brand Ambassador program. By joining the program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Syncorem Brand Ambassador program, you must be:

A business professional, assistant, or member of a business team
At least 18 years old
Able to form legally binding contracts

2. Role & Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

Promote Syncorem products and services honestly and ethically
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with you
Accurately represent your relationship with Syncorem

3. Program Benefits

Brand Ambassadors may receive:

Exclusive access to new features and updates
Networking opportunities with other ambassadors
Specialized training programs
Rewards and incentives based on performance

4. Term & Termination

The term of this agreement is indefinite, starting from the date of acceptance.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, you must cease all promotion of Syncorem as a Brand Ambassador.

5. Compensation

40% commission is paid on ACTIVE accounts monthly recurring for as long as you or they remain active.
Syncorem reserves the right to modify the compensation structure with notice.
Commission is remunerated via PayPal, or your bank account. You can connect either method via your client portal, SyncPoint.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use Syncorem trademarks and materials only as expressly authorized.
You agree not to register any domain names or social media accounts using Syncorem anywhere in the name or domain.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Syncorem that you receive through the program.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Brand Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Syncorem.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Syncorem provides the program "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

Syncorem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Syncorem harmless from any claims arising from your participation in the program.

12. Modification to the Program or Terms

Syncorem reserves the right to modify or terminate the Brand Ambassador program or these Terms at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Syncorem regarding the Brand Ambassador program.

By participating in the Syncorem Brand Ambassador program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
